If you need CME credits for a specific topic, you can easily focus your reading and earning through Orbit CME.

Login to your Orbit CME Dashboard.
Click on any topic goal card to open article recommendations for that specific topic. When you read and redeem credits, they will automatically count towards the goal card you can see at the top of the abstracts page.
To switch topics, return to the Dashboard and select another topic goal card.

Go to Apps in the left side menu. Install the Orbit CME browser extension (desktop Chrome or Edge) or the iOS app. Browse freely, or search PubMed abstracts, Radiopaedia, or many other eligible sites using the extension or iOS app.
Go to the History tab on your Orbit Dashboard.
Under Unredeemed view, you'll see abstracts detected through the browser extension or iOS app. Click Redeem on an article that fits your needed topic.
Select the appropriate topic tag for each article during the redemption process.
