On the Orbit CME Dashboard, select a topic goal card. In the browser extension, select Search related articles under a requirement. Then search with your own clinical question, read an eligible article, and redeem it under the matching topic.
Orbit doesn't recommend articles or provide a feed.
Orbit CME Dashboard
Log in to your Orbit CME Dashboard.
Select a topic goal card to search in that topic, guided by your own clinical question.
Read and redeem. Your credits count toward the goal card shown at the top of the articles page.
To switch topics, return to the Dashboard and select another topic goal card.
Browser extension
Install Orbit CME – Ambient Mode for Chrome and sign in. Before you open Radiopaedia articles, install and turn on uBlock Origin Lite when the setup prompt asks. Orbit checks ad blocking on the article page before credit is available.
Search within a requirement
Open the Dashboard tab in the side panel to see your compliance progress.
Select Switch to choose a license or board.
Under a requirement, select Search related articles. Let your clinical question guide your search and the article you choose.
For a general search, use Dashboard → Search all articles. Select Radiopaedia to narrow results to eligible Radiopaedia articles. Your requirement cards appear below this control.
Redeem under the right topic
Read an eligible article that answers your question.
Select Redeem CME.
Choose the topic that matches the article and what you learned.
Complete the evaluation to claim credit.
Suggested topics and search results are aids. Confirm yourself that the article and topic fit your requirement.
