Start with your clinical question. Orbit’s activity is Internet Search and Learn on a Curated Database. Articles are accessed through learner-initiated questions: identify a question from your practice, search the curated database, and choose an eligible article that addresses your question. Orbit does not provide article recommendations or feeds.
Before accessing Radiopaedia through the browser extension, install and enable uBlock Origin Lite. Follow the extension’s setup prompt. Orbit verifies ad blocking on the article page before CME credit is available.

You can redeem from the current article or return to articles from your learner-initiated searches in History.
From the article
Open the Orbit side panel’s Article tab and confirm the eligibility message.
After searching the curated database to address your own clinical question and reading an eligible article, select Redeem CME.
On Choose a topic, select the topic that accurately reflects your learning. Use Search all topics if needed.
Complete the evaluation and follow the prompts to submit your credit claim.
Check the confirmation and your credit record. If an ABIM MOC assessment is offered, complete that separate assessment to earn the associated MOC points.
Reading or opening a page alone does not award credit. Your credit date is the date you complete redemption.
From History
Select History → Unredeemed, find the article, and select Redeem CME. Then choose the accurate topic and complete the evaluation. If a historical entry only offers a reading record, follow the available action; not every saved visit can be redeemed under the current activity.
After completing redemption, look in History → Redeemed for your credit record.

After reading articles, Go to the Earn tab.
Click on the red Redeem button and follow the prompts to redeem an article for credit.
