Meet Sol: your Orbit CME email assistant

What Sol (Orbit's AI email assistant) can and can't do, and how to reach it.

Written by Faith

Sol is Orbit's AI assistant that works entirely over email. Forward it a CME certificate or ask a question about your requirements, and Sol takes care of the administrative side for you — no login required.

📧 You email Sol → 🤖 Sol reads and files it → ✅ You get a confirmation

Email sol@orbitcme.com from the address on your Orbit account. Sol reads your message, does the work, and emails you back. You can also tap Email Sol a certificate on your dashboard.

  • File your CME certificates. Forward a certificate (a PDF or the provider's confirmation email) and Sol reads the activity, date, and credits, files them to your Orbit records, and emails you a confirmation.

  • Tell you what's left. Ask "what's left on my licenses?" and Sol replies with a per-license summary of credits earned and still needed, ordered by nearest renewal.

  • Answer account & plan questions. Which plan you're on, how many credits remain, and when your subscription renews.

  • Check submission status. Whether your credits have reached an external board, such as CE Broker or the ABA.

  • Update a license renewal date. Tell Sol the new date and it prepares the change for you to confirm in the app.

  • Answer "how do I…" questions using Orbit's Help Center.

What Sol doesn't do over email

Email is for the administrative side of your CME. A few things happen in your Orbit dashboard instead:

Talking to a human

Want a person instead? Just reply and ask for one, or email support@orbitcme.com. Sol only brings in the team when you ask.

Good to know

  • Sol replies only to your registered Orbit email address.

  • Sol is an AI assistant; a person reviews sensitive actions before they take effect.

  • You can see how many assistant actions you've used on your dashboard.
