Yes. If auto-send is turned on in your dashboard, Orbit CME sends your credits to the ABA weekly on Monday nights.
The ABA uploads credits by Friday. During holidays, credits may post the following week.
What gets sent
Only credits earned in Orbit CME are sent. Imported credits are not sent; they only update your Orbit dashboards.
Holiday delays
The ABA counts your credits by the date you earned them in Orbit, not the date they were sent. A holiday delay doesn't change when your credits count.
