How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from the Subscription tab and see how long your plan stays active.

Click Cancel Subscription on the Subscription tab, then click Confirm. The pop-up shows how long your subscription stays active.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to your Orbit CME account.

  2. Click the Subscription tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. In the Current Plan section at the top of the page, click Cancel Subscription below your saved payment information.

  1. Review how long your subscription will remain active, then click Confirm.

Check your account status

After you cancel, your Account Status changes to one of these:

  • Active-Canceled: You still have days left on your current subscription.

  • Canceled: You no longer have an active plan.
