How to meet patient safety requirement for MOCA 2.0

During your 10-year MOCA cycle with the ABA you need to earn a total of 250 CME credits. 20 of those CME credits need to be in Patient Safety.

The Safety Micro plan from Orbit Anesthesiology covers your ABA-approved patient safety requirements at 2 credits every year. If you're in a rush, the Basic plan gives you 25 every year that includes ABA-approved Patient Safety credits and the rest of your anesthesiology-related MOCA 2.0 credits. For the best value, the Pro plan gives you 50 credits every two years.

There are many ways to earn credit towards your ABA requirements, and one size doesn't fit everyone. If your priority is efficiency, then Orbit Anesthesiology is the most streamlined way to earn all of your required MOCA 2.0 credits, including ABA-approved Patient Safety credits.

The Orbit extension detects peer-reviewed articles you read to earn you patient safety and general category 1 credits by having you fill out a short survey. You can also generate certificates and audit reports on your Orbit dashboard.

Once you sign up for Orbit, you can use it on your desktop, laptop, or iOS device. The Orbit for Chrome extension works with Chrome desktop and laptop browsers. The Orbit CME app works with iOS devices like the iPad and iPhone.
